Medically Complex Patient Management

Unfortunately, nature does not always limit health problems to one specific diagnosis at a time. The Medically Complex Patient Management Program is designed with our physician specialist to treat the patient with multiple medical diagnoses who require intensive nursing care and a combination of nutritional support, medication management, wound care, dialysis, special procedures and rehabilitation therapies in an integrated team approach to maximize the healing process. If their condition warrants it, patients can be monitored in our 10 bed “ICU” or in one of our 6 “telemetry capable” beds which were upgraded in 2006 to the latest “state of the art” Fukuda monitoring systems.
