Integrated Medical Rehabilitation Services

While patients are admitted with primary medical diagnoses into the programs already listed, our integrated Rehabilitation Services enhances all of our Medical Programs by providing treatment plans for patients who exhibit medical rehabilitation treatment needs addressing basic mobility, self care, swallowing and strength/endurance in preparation for their return to an independent living situation or rehabilitation setting. Our goal is to enhance healing by maximizing mobility, strength, endurance and self care and to prepare the patient to transition to the appropriate community or rehabilitation setting.
