A nursing facility is a specialized restorative/rehabilitative center providing care 24 hours a day to help a resident achieve their optimum level of wellness and independence.

We are licensed as a skilled nursing facility by the D.C. Department of Health and Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. SHW - Hadley’s Skilled Nursing Facility services are unparalleled. Prior to admission, a nurse and social worker will determine the level of care needed. The staff acquaints the resident with the facility and services. We monitor each resident’s individual needs continuously, and the type and level of care is adjusted accordingly.
