At SHA, we are committed to achieving excellent results for our more than 82 hospital patients and 62 residents. We constantly strive to not only continue to deliver the highest quality care and services but to challenge ourselves to set new goals and reach new heights.

To this end, we use the organizational excellence model developed by Thunderbird Leadership Consulting. We have worked closely with Thunderbird Leadership to create the right mix of cultural and resource support, positioning us to meet very high demands for leadership, innovation, quality service and employee productivity. All Leaders in our Hospitals and Nursing Centers participate in the SHA University process. The result is an approach to organizational excellence that works because it is supported by our board, by our senior team and owned and driven by every one of our 380 employees.
